Secure HVAC Peace of Mind in the New Year by Joining Our Air Control Club
As the new year approaches, you’re probably thinking about everything you can do to ensure you and your family enjoy a positive, complication-free 2025. Your strategizing for the new year might cover work goals, financial planning, home renovations, leisure-time pursuits, vacation destinations, or any number of other issues. While your Tallahassee-area home’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system probably hasn’t come to mind unless it’s been acting up or you’ve recently been hit with excessive energy bills, you may want to put it on your New Year to-do list.
Consider that Air Control Heating and Cooling offers Tallahassee-area residents a unique maintenance plan that keeps their HVAC systems operating at peak, energy-saving efficiency. By joining our Air Control Club, you gain peace of mind throughout the year that your HVAC system will seamlessly condition your indoor air to the desired temperature. Additionally, our cost-saving 18-point inspection and maintenance plans help prolong the operational lifespans of HVAC systems. If your system does experience an unanticipated problem, Air Control Club membership provides you with priority service and discounts on parts and service calls.

The Importance of HVAC Maintenance
HVAC equipment needs to undergo regular maintenance for several reasons. HVAC systems experience constant mechanical stress while in operation, which slowly wears down system components. Regularly scheduled preventative maintenance helps expose and replace compromised components before they can start damaging other system parts. Regular maintenance also promotes ongoing peak operational efficiency, which helps lower energy costs and prolongs your HVAC system’s operational lifespan. HVAC systems that are not routinely maintained face an increased risk of equipment breakdowns and decreased lifespan of their components.
Air Control Club Offers Two Membership Tiers
Air Control Club membership is available under two different plans. VIP Plan members receive one 18-point HVAC inspection annually, including fluid and oil replenishment and condenser coil and drain cleaning. Other perks with VIP Plan membership include:
- 25-hour guaranteed service.
- No service call overtime charges except on holidays.
- Reduced $89.95 diagnostic charge on service calls.
- 10% discount on service call parts and labor.
- 10% savings on indoor air products and duct cleaning.
- $250 discount on replacement units.
For optimal HVAC maintenance and greater peace of mind, we offer the All Star Plan, which includes one 18-point inspection in the spring to ensure peak cooling during the warmer months and a fall inspection to ensure trouble-free heating through the winter. The All Star Plan provides the same benefits as the VIP Plan but with additional same-day priority service, a discounted $45 charge for service call diagnostics, and no overtime charges on holiday service calls.
Not Quite Ready to Join?—Experience Our One-Time Service
You don’t have to become an Air Control Club VIP or All Star member to receive our outstanding HVAC service. Anyone who schedules a One-Time Maintenance service call is provided the same thorough 18-point inspection that Air Control Club members receive. While it does not offer the same discounts and benefits as Air Control Cub membership, one-time maintenance will boost your HVAC system’s efficiency and uncover any component deficiencies that could lead to a system breakdown.
